We can turn your favourite picture of your fur baby onto your new favourite hoodie or crewneck sweaterr.

Every month we will only accept a limited number of custom orders so please make sure you put through an order early.

If you want to make this extra special our add on feature (+$5 extra on each garment) to embroider single text under your image or initials for sleeve. Please purchase the add-on prior to checking out through the link above.

Ordering Process

1. Fill out custom order - In the text box include:
- Full Body/Chest up/Head only
- Approximate size of embroidery (we will reconfirm the possible size we can do, but on average, a head only embroidery roughly ~7-8cm and chest up is up to 8-10 cm.
- Placement: Left, Right or centre
- Any add ons i.e. name (Please add: https://thecustomisedcollective.com/products/add-on-personalisation to your cart when checking out).

2. Embroidery process - We will send you an initial draft for your approval. You can make any changes here. This is the only time you will be able to make changes.

3. Final product - Once approved, we will embroider it on the final product and prepare it to be shipped.

Please be patient with us while we try our best to get the best quality design out to you and this process may take anywhere between 3-5 weeks from date of draft approval for you to receive it.
