Terms and Conditions
Please read this carefully before submitting your order. These conditions form part of the purchase agreement and contain important information about all purchases.
- All items are made to order so please allow a production time of 7-10 business days. If you need an order by a certain date, place your order 3-4 weeks to before, to ensure you get it by the date you need it by.
- For custom orders the process may take anywhere between 3-5 weeks for you to receive it, this includes time communicating with you to ensure you are satisfied with the design.
- As all products are customised and are made to order, we do not accept exchanges, refunds, cancellations or change of minds after the initial 24 hours from purchase.
- Please make sure you review your order carefully. We are not liable for the submission of incorrect order information (e.g incorrect spelling, incorrect dates etc...).
- There is an initial 24 hour 'Cooling Period', any order modifications incur a small service charge.
- If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of purchase at sales@thecustomisedcollective.com
- Once we have dispatched your parcel with the courier, we are no longer responsible for the movement of your parcel, however we will do our best to help solve any issues along the way. All our orders will be given a tracking number.
- Processing and shipping times are only an estimation and not a guarantee.
- We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses.
- We do not ship to P/O boxes or parcel collects.
