We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website to ensure we can fulfil your order, but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy, resulting in our inability to fulfill your order. In this instance, we will contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to wait until the item is restocked or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Processing times

Collection items

Our collection items are processed within 7 - 10 business days and shipped using Australia Post. As a small business, we create and design orders in house and on demand. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our products, so we spend time to ensure that each item is perfect before it is sent out. No two designs are the same as each piece crafted is unique. 

Once your order is ready, your tracking information will be sent to your email. If you have further questions regarding your order, please feel free to reach out to us. 

Custom orders

Depending on the complexity of the custom design, there is a processing time of up to 3 - 5 business weeks. This is because the embroidering doesn't happen right away, as we need to go through a trial and error process to ensure it is perfect before we embroider it on.

Shipping costs

Domestic

For all Australian domestic orders under $120 AUD:
- Standard shipping rates are $9.95 AUD
- Express shipping rates are $19.95 AUD.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120 AUD.

All orders will include a tracking number.

International orders

For all international orders under $200 AUD - standard shipping rates are $29.95 AUD.

All orders will include a tracking number.

Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are unable to change the address once the order has been placed on our website. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming the order.

We unfortunately cannot ship to P.O. box addresses.
