Custom Orders

1. Fill out the custom order - in the text box include:
- the style (t-shirt, crewneck sweater or hoodie), colour, sizes, number of items, description of design and placement, sizing of design and any additional information.
- Attach a high quality PNG or JPEG of image.
(Please allow 1-3 business days for us to reach out to you via email)

2. We will send a quote via email - prices varies from $70+ AUD T-Shirts, $90+ AUD Sweater, $100+ AUD Hoodies. Price will be dependent on quantity ordered and complexity of design.

3. If an order is accepted - We will contact you via email on an agreeable amount to be paid. Upfront payment is required to begin the designing and digitising process (Once this commences, payment will not be refundable). An image of a draft will be sent via email once completed - any changes or alterations are made at this stage. Only 1 draft/revision will be provided. Any additional revision will incur a $10 fee.

4. Final product - Once you are happy with the draft, we will prepare your order and embroider onto your designated style. We will notify you when the package has been prepared for delivery and ready to be shipped.

Please be patient with us while we try our best to get the best quality design out to you and this process may take anywhere between 3-5 weeks from date of draft approval for you to receive it.

1. What is the design process like and the turnaround time?

Once you have submitted your form filling with the description and have uploaded the image. Please allow us up to 3 business days to reach out to you via email if we can reproduce your design or alterate your design for it to embroider perfectly. We will provide you with the price depending on the complexity of the design. Once you agree to continue with the process, a full upfront payment is required to begin the designing, digitising and embroidering process. This process may take up to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. We will embroider it to test it and send you a photo of the draft to make sure you are happy with the size, look and colours used. Once you are happy with the final design we will prepare the order.

2. How much does customs costs?
Prices will start anywhere between $70+ AUD for t-shirts ,$90+AUD for crewneck sweaters, $100+AUD for hoodies. These designs do take time as we want the final product to be perfect. We are a small business, and all custom designs are made to order.

3. What is the size limit of design?
We have hoops that are used to hold in place when we embroider t-shirts and sweaters. The largest hoop size we own is 130mmx180mm (5inchx7inch). Designs bigger than our hoops cannot be done.

4. Can the design be placed anywhere?
Designs can only be done in the centre or right/left chest - additional fees apply for front, back and sleeve embroidery.

Crewneck Sweater
- Warm and comfortable sweater, perfect for your cooler weathers
- Uni-sex - Classic fit
- Made of 50% cotton / 50% polyester, 271gsm weight (all colours), 257gsm (white)

Do not wash in hot water, hand wash, soak and no bleach.
Recommended to wash inside out and line dry in shady area.
